Autism Spectrum Disorder
Autism Spectrum Disorder is a developmental disorder that effects how a person perceives and interacts with others. It is characterized by a wide range of behaviors, skills and challenges and it’s symptoms can vary greatly from person to person.
ASD can be diagnosed as early as 18 months of age, though many diagnoses are made between the ages of 2 and 3. Early signs include challenges with communication, social interaction and repetitive behaviors.
